our new favorite food is couscous...and you can make it with all kinds of yummy veggies and flavors. this week was a greek one and next week an indian one. really good!
my favorite has been a greek couscous:
cook the couscous with chicken stock like the instructions on the box
then just add fresh tomatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives and artichoke hearts and chill top with salt, pepper and olive oil + balsamic vinegar
the other types we just sauted veggies and added some spices(cumin, turmeric, fennel seeds) then top the couscous! really easy.

If you have a moment, I'd love the recipes. I've been trying quinoa, but I think I like couscous better.
