a day at the temple

I was so grateful that we could spend the day at the temple!
Chris was able to join the GVB for their baptismal trip and even work on some really special family names.

And capo and I got to enjoy the sun, the sights and the peace of the temple grounds for a while.

I look back on our first two years here and we often think that it was the time we spent volunteering in the temple every friday that really helped us survive.
I have a strong testimony of the temple being the House of Lord and I am so grateful that we live so close. When life gets crazy I know where I can turn for peace and solace.

capo and i enjoyed some time at the sacred grove and outside the palmyra temple while chris served with the youth. it was a beautiful hot spring day it was a little too humid of a day for early spring. we enjoyed it despite the heat.

After a very long walk we had a girls camp meeting with Syracuse. We will be joining them for camp again which has been a really fun combo. We are lucky to have a beautiful camp right on Seneca Lake. And a great camp director!

i am missing serving here

but enjoyed a trip with the youth this week!
